Appointment for massage was booked via groupon online site. On arrival to appointment day of could not get inside the building, and on calling the business was pushed to text where they claim There was a fire in the building and they notified customers of change of appointment. No email was ever sent. On text messages they report. Our appointment was denied, but charges made to credit card. Secondary location for business also appears to not be a real business. They refuse any responsibility for refund reporting that it must go through the website.
