Heavily fake website.

I ordered the Penelope Princess Cut Gift Set on 07/27/2022. I got a text message saying it had been shipped on 07/31/2022. It gave a priority shipping number and everything. It is currently 08/13/2022. I went to email them to ask if I could track the package and not one minute later, I got an email claiming the email address I sent my question to did not exist. I Purchased 10 rings off the site “on closing down due to covid sale” and it was “the last day to purchase before they shut down”. They’re still up and running. I purchased them on Jan 16th and they were ready to be shipped at 1 something in the morning on Jan 17th. No update on delivery like they said it would show. It just shows “shipped”. I’ve emailed them twice asking if they could help me locate my package, no response. I looked up reviews and saw other people have been scammed and 9/10 didn’t get their package.
