On October 2, 2021, three NS games were purchased from the official website of iam8bit, with a value of $567.09. At that time, iam8bit promised to ship within one year.On October 13, 2022, I sent them an email, and their customer service reply will be sent as soon as possible, which is expected to be completed in a few weeks.However, by December 2022, I had not received the package, so I sent an email again for inquiry, which was automatic reply, and sent many messages without reply. On December 28, 2022, I sent them a private message on Twitter. They still replied to me and asked me to send an email to contact them. At the same time, I left a message asking them to help check the progress, but I didn't reply later. On January 6, 2023, I @ them on Twitter. The next day, Twitter was blocked by them. So far, my order is still incomplete and no one can be contacted.
