Type of a scam Sweepstakes/Lottery/Prizes
There are several of these types hitting the state of Ohio with a Kansas City, MO address. I bet I have received 8 different scams in the last year. Did not realize there was a site to report them earlier. I will keep the sample correspondence for 2 months should someone wish to see them.
As a state employee, I am hoping that taking the time to report helps the state of OHIO spread the word to consumers and get ahead of these types of Scams.
It all started for me when I responded to the Publishers Clearing House which is legit or so it appears to be.
