I ordered a pair of ankel length boots that were supposed to made of leather on the upper part. This was stated in the ad at the website. The cost was reduced by 60% to $39.99 plus shipping. I have send Iberis boutique the pictures of the boots and the ad and have written and called almost everyday the last 6 weeks. The phone number is a call center and they say they will forward my complaint. The call center said I would receive information about how and where to return the boots. To today's date I have not received this form and the only response is what I received was an offer of 20% of the $39.99 sales price. As I have written every time, I want to return the boots and get my $39.99 back. The email I received yesterday said if was difficult to return the boots as they are based in Singapore, although there address on their website is in Kansas.
