iBuyPower sold me a computer with a faulty graphics card. They tried to blame the damage on the shipping. I had the same unit re-evaluated by a professional 3rd party, The Geek Squad. GS cleaned, tested, and confirmed they ran tests which confirmed that the unit was faulty and IBP should be liable to replace it under warranty! They have horrific customer service and will either give me the runaround, mysteriously drop the call, or put me on hold for extremely long time periods. Some calls went up to an hour or more! It seems like they put you on hold to wear out your patience! I fear this maybe common practice and they need to be investigated. I suspect this might be common practice and has happened before.

I ordered a computer through Ibuypower pc. It was a custom order to the price of 4156, plus a rush service fee of 104 dollars. They sent me the correct order in my email. They then decided to sent me a prebuilt computer to the price of 3899 dollars. They knowingly sent the cheaper prebuilt pc without even notifying me. They then decided to tell me the only thing they were willing to do is return allow me to return the non ordered item and only refund me for the price they sent the computer. Making me lose money and time. I informed them that this was completely unethical and fraudulent. I explained to them even if I was will to lose money that would be impossible for me to do. I am currently in the hospital and fighting for my life due to liver failure. They had me crying on the phone under non needed mentally stress, in front of my doctors and nurses. They wouldn’t come to a agreement that didn’t make me lose money or inconvenience them at all. They knew all of this and still tried bullying me on the phone. I even said that this whole situation even if I can do this, it would take 2 extra months, and that could be a good part of what time I have left. Still no willingness to help. I just want to be over with this situation.
