We had 2 young guys come to our door saying they could save us money on our *** and *** bill and asked for current bill statements. We asked what company they worked for and they just said “we work for the state” and something about the ***. They had blue lanyards and ids but when we asked for a card of phone number we could call back they said they had none and they only come out once every 6 months. Then one of them said “it’s ok I guess I only have to get one more person then I’m out of here” then they hurried off to my neighbors.
