July 16/23 i seen an ad on Facebook with an icemaker ad saying is was from Amazon. When I clicked the link it redirected me to Tranquilityis.com. I assumed it was legit being associated with Amazon. I ordered an icemaker and received tracking info and patiently waited . On August 15,23 I received an email saying my parcel was delivered, when I looked at the tracking info provided, it brought me to Quebec, Canada. I wrote them and explained that it was not delivered to the correct address. I am in Newfoundland and the parcel was apparently delivered to the wrong province. I received an email telling me they would need 4 days to investigate. I waited a few days and wrote them again, I received another email telling to wait another 4 days. The last email tells me they will check with the shipping company. Now they want 3 more days. The correspondence between myself and the email provided has been back and forth and still nothing. So I googled the tranquilityis.com and others have had similar experiences.
