I purchased an ice bath after seeing an ad on Facebook. My credit card was charged on March 21st 2023. I received a receipt via email. Months continue to go by, so I email the customer support 3 times. I finally get a response and explain the situation. I provided the order number in the email (#1024) and sent screenshots of the receipt. I did not receive a reply back. 4 times of reaching out to customer support is enough, and I still have not received the product or a return of the purchase money. To much time has passed and now I can’t dispute the order on my credit card. So I’m out of luck. Scammed.

I purchased a cold plunge pool based on an add on Instagram and the website appears very reputable. It has been almost 3 months and the items were never shipped. Initially the email address was responsive but now no response. The phone number does not work either.

I purchased an ice plunge device on April 2nd 2023. I followed up numerous times but never heard back from them. Obviously the product never arrived. This is totally a scam

Website advertised on Instagram (should’ve been the first clue) and seemed to be well constructed. Initially purchased 2 of the same products. After neither were delivered I emailed them and they stated they were delayed with shipping. I then told them I wanted to cancel one item and have a refund, which they provided. The other item never came and they refuse to respond to contact attempts.
