I saw an ad for this company on Instagram, and ordered a pair of boots on Dec 22. I was sent an email with a tracking number shortly afterwards but the tracking number didn't work. I contacted them repeatedly and each time, they replied back saying the item was shipped. The tracking number hasn't work for almost a month now.
