There was an ad on snapchat about some pants they had on sale as well as free 3 day shipping, i was originally able to see reviews on the pants and the site said its protect by google privacy policy so i assumed it was ok to try it. I was obviously too optimistic and had too much faith, I received an order confirmation and also an email that my order was shipped but that was on August 29th. Its September 7th and i shouldve received that order on September 1st. There was no tracking number, no updates. I tried contact them 3 days ago, heard nothing back, tried the email they have on file, every email i send comes back as failed. I really just wanted my order, my cousin also placed an order on the same day as me, she also hasnt received her order, no updates, no contact. I feel like that site shouldnt even exist. All i could find was the city/state from my credit statement which reads “SP A3FF09-2 MARBLEHEAD MA 01945 USA” as the merchant name. All i wanted was an update or a refund.
