The phone number to call if questions was written as +1-(844) 699-8013. I called the number and told the "foreign sounding" man that our company does not have a subscription to Quickbooks and did not order one. He said we must have, or we would not have received an emailed invoice. He said there was a certain procedure we had to follow to cancel. I told him again we did not have a subscription. At that point he hung up.
