The company offered a $14.99 discount for placing a first time order. The confirmation email showed I would receive the $14.99 off the price. However, they billed my credit card for the full price, no discount. I contacted them about this and their reply was: "Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice". I believe this is false advertisement, especially when I have the confirmation that I would be charged $14.99 off the regular retail price. I realize this is not a significant amount of money, but I think this is a real ethics problem with this company.
