Approached with job offer, sent resume, the recruiter called to fill out the profile information in order to submit to Ford as a Project Manager. He asked for first 4 birth date and last 4 ssn. They also asked for references - and my information had not been submitted yet - but now they can work on those people as well. Then he did not submit the information. Instead, his manager Samuel Singh said he did not want to submit since I have not worked for a year. I said to submit my information unless they know of a rule that Ford had. I know of no such rule - does Ford actively discriminate against people who've been out of work for a year? Then they said I needed to provide all of the client's names that I've worked for, even though that is not the norm. I provide the third party contractor that I work for, not the end client, in order to be able to provide work details on my resume while protecting the client. These people have been harassing me and using me for close to a decade now, and no one will help. I have thousands of emails from someone named singh or kumar, and they chase me from email to email. If the name is not readily in the email, they have someone else contact me, and sometimes I find the name singh or kumar on a firm website under the leadership page of someone who has contacted me.
