I initially paid $53.99 for an item on their website. They tried to double charge me, but the second time it didn't go through, and they never shipped the item. They have no contact information on the website. No email address, no phone number. When you try to click on the external links to Facebook, email, twitter, etc., they all send you right back to their webpage. There is a setion to send them a message, but when you try to use it says an error occurred. There is no address listed so there is really no way to contact them.
