Purchased a TV box online. It did not work. They gave me an address to send it back and said they would refund my money, however they have not and will not return my emails. There website does not mention that they are in Indonesia. Their website also states they have a return policy which I followed.

ordered a tv box it didnt work i emailed and messaged on facebook nothing they brag on the website what great support they have 2 weeks of emails and messages nothing
