They offered me a remote job and asked me to verify my identity by providing proof of citizenship just like any other job. With that they had my drivers license information and social security. We followed up with a phone interview and they said they would proceed with a background check. Within about a week I tried to follow up and got no response until I went on the live chat on their website 4 days later. After that they sent me another email explaining the next steps would be paying $335 to proceed with training and they would start me up as an independent contractor for the company. That’s when I started having reservations and researched more on the company and found nothing. I reached out again by email and no response again, even though they told me I would have direct contact with a supervisor.
