Claimed my wife's Amazon CC had an unauthorized $1,200 charge from Dallas, TX. Later in the conversation the amount changed to $1,000. Wanted verbal approval to cancel card; we would receive a replacement card in the mail; he knew her correct home address. As he received resistance, he then said a second card had been compromised and needed verbal approval to cancel this card also. Claimed his name is DAVID BROWN with a very heavy ***** ****** accent.
