Stated it was federal grant money, you completed an application via text, and then you pick your grant amount. I chose $300,000 with stated it had a $3000 fee, then it was approved and was told we had to pay a $3000 stamp fee, and once they said it was being sent fedex I needed to pay an additional $1000 as security to ensure fedex wasn't robbed. Then I get a tracking number; 3 hours into the delivery time I was informed of a IRS fee for taxes on my grant money needed to be paid of $8500. I am already into this for $6000. I want to know if this legit..
