They call and leave a voicemail “This is Idaho central credit union contacting you regarding your Visa account please contact our member services at your earliest convenience at 208-478-3317 we appreciate your membership and look forward to hearing from you”. I call them back at this phone number and they transfer me to someone. They ask for my name and the they ask for me to verify my social security number. I hung up immediately because I’ve never had a bank ask for my SSN to verify.
