Why Idardo is not disbanned & a class action suit filed to return customers' money, is beyond me.

They took my money December 2019. I complained 2 months later. They asked for 1 week to research a tracking #?! - Then ignored my next five emails. I never received my product Nor a refund! There are 5-7 customer reviews on BBB'

website complaining of The Same thing in 2020! They paid Online, then no product, no refund, and no customer service response. THEY ARE THIEVES!
