For copy machine toners. Convinece you that they are from your Copier company that your contract agreement is with and ship you out multiple toners which at normal cost is about $89.00 a toner. They have been charging us $898.00 a toner and 296.37 for shipping and shipping three at a time!!Unfortunatly my company has been getting these since October 2014 a total cost roughly of $26,913. for 33 toners. Their phone numbers listed do not work nor do thier fax numbers, i also assume this email ejohn@idcservco is also not legit tho I emailed it anyways attempting to cancel our account with them.. I also just saw several reportings under consumer affair once i discovered and was aware of all this.

This person called and said they was our copier supply and wanted to know if we needed toner and that the price increased but we were locked in at the original price if we ordered toner that day. I ordered a black toner. I received the toner and the invoice said it was 698.00 + 90.74 Shipping. I was busy the day they called or I would have probably not ordered because we are under a service contract and our toner is included in our agreement. I just wanted to make other businesses aware of this scam. Thanks!

This company sends toner inks without approval and invoices the company and odes not accept returns. We are never able to get a live person when calling. And when we dispute the order they take the items back with a restock fee of 25% plus
