Fraud and fake company

Hello all,
Please do not use this service. It’s a fake company and they are frauds. Technician was Louis Escobar. They charged us extra money without doing their appropriate job and when we try to call them they hung up on us and keeps on telling manager is busy and other nonsense stuffs to avoid further conversation. FAKE and FRAUD

Deep cleaning of dryer vents & ducts

The technician came and after he left my dryer wasn’t drying at all. I was told there was a warranty. I contacted the tech i i Ian who said he did the duct cleaning nothing he can do. I am a senior female widow and was taken advantage of. I got charged $99 more than quote. I live in a senior development with a maintenance dept. they came and the duct was broken and water getting in. You can’t do a deep cleaning & use a camera & not notice a broken duct. My maint dept documented and took pictures.
Still no call or response
But the problem is now fixed but not by this shameful company

Tech came out and stated I needed a 700 cleaning I told him no to just clean my vents which he did not this company is a scam I called the number and just rings do not call them We checked the vents and they were not clean when he said he finished I told him how if he did not come down stairs to clean he said the price was only for upstairs I proceeded to show him the ad that said all vents and he only cleaned around the entry of the main vent and said it was clean they are scammers do not use them best call Stanley steamer and pay a lil more and get it done correctly

On my local town Facebook page, "Valatie NY Community Board" a gentleman named "Rob Barkman" posted about duct cleaning. Since this is a service I've been looking for, I requested a quote. He private messaged me asking about the square footage of my home and how many a/c ducts. I told him, and he gave me a reasonable quote. When I didn't respond immediately, he told me about a "special price" of $199 instead of the originally quoted $279, and said he'd need to know my availability by the next day - first red flag. I told him I was interested in that price, and he asked for my zip code, which I provided. I asked if his company was insured, and he said it was, and told me the company name was "Ideal Duct Cleaning". Although I searched via google and Facebook, I could find no company by that name. When I asked him about it, he provided a website to a clearly fake website. He then asked for my address and phone number, which I did not provide. I explained that there were too many red flags at this time and I believed it was a scam, at which time he tried to convince me otherwise. After I explained why I felt it was a scam (no professional website, no customer reviews, a phone number that rings and rings with no company answering machine, etc.) he immediately removed his post from the Valatie NY Community board. I have many more photos but am only allowed to include one below.
