The product may or may not work. The issue is that the initial trial is $5, but then they charge you $95 14 days later without any warning. They say it is in their Terms and Conditions and the website, but it does not show up when proceeding to checkout, it is not required to look at the terms and conditions, and it does not show up in the emailed receipts. When I saw the charge on my bank account, I called the phone number. They said the only way you can cancel and not have the $95 charge is if you call within 14 days however this information is NOT easily accessible on their website and when filling out the form does not show up. By not being able to cancel online, this is not accessible to people who are unable to hear or speak, and therefore they have no way of canceling.

The website is also inaccessible, does not zoom, does not have alt text failing WCAG 1.1.1 and 1.4.5. It also has issues with color contrast.
