Family member saw ad on Facebook selling cordless vacuums, buy one get one free. There were good reviews on the site stating how great vacuum worked and that they received there vacuums. Family member put in order and was immediately billed for product. This was ordered on 11/3/2023 and product was supposed to be delivered 11/16/2023. Package has yet to arrive. Member has reached out to company multiple times via email. Seller said at first product was running late, next seller said product was delivered check with neighbors. Family member lives in a great area with good neighbors. Member checked with neighbors and nothing was delivered to them. In the past when something was delivered to neighbors they would bring it to members house, this has happened multiple times. Now seller is stating they need to check who signed for package. Member has reached out to the seller in the last several days and there has been no response from the seller since. DO NOT BUY FROM IDECORATE SHOP off of facebook! Apparently company goes by several different names as well.
