Over two months pass and my order wasn’t shipped. They promised 15-21 days after order to ship, this was not true. They slowly gave me tiny chunks of money back as I continuously complained over those months. Finally they cancelled my order and refunded my money after I threatened to report them as fraud, which I did to my bank. Many other people weren’t as lucky with this company and didn’t receive any money back and no product (I learned via their Facebook page). I’d like to add they said a manager would contact me and never did? Their website also said they are available for phone calls and when I called the answering voice didn’t even say the name of the company. Later on I was told that phone service wasn’t available; I told them they should take it off of their website then.
