I Purchased a Wig and a few minutes after receiving the item I asked for a refund. The Wig ordered was not the one on the site I ordered and the hair texture was not that in the photo of the wig ordered. I emailed numerous times and this company refused to send a refund. They violate their own refund policy and tell me to send photos of the item and I cannot get a refund unless they approve it. Well, I did not take photos because this was not part of the return purchase. plus I did not even use it. I noticed the quality immediately. This company now refuses to contact me back. I want the $199.44 I was scammed out of. This company is sending out poor products and keeping people's money.

I order a Wig from this company about 2 months the said it was deliver but i have not receive it so i emailed them to let them know because i can't contact them any other way. we have been going back and forth for weeks and come to find out they have the wrong address for me. I told them the address and they still think i'm lying about receiving and now there saying this is not the address i gave them. they will not send me out another wig or give me my money back.
