I was attempting to pay off a medical bill in my collections due to being in the middle of a divorce. I called a number listed for who i thought americollect off credit karma. They took my info then proceeded to sell me id protection. They never would admit they weren't americollect. I demanded they delete all my information. They agreed after continuing to sell me something and me literally having to yell over and over. They took 19.99 out of my account anyway. I called them back they kept telling me they didn't refund purchases. I kept telling them I didn't purchase anything and I wanted my money immediately. I told them 5 or 6 times I was contacting you and return it immediately. I was placed on hold for a supervisor and then disconnected.
