The above-mentioned entity (West Coast Car Service LLC) is improperly using my address (*** ******** **** ********* *** *****) as its "Principal" address. I am in no way affiliated with this company, or the listed "Agent", Zhaoxi Zhang. I have no idea why my address was chosen, but I believe its use is related to a scam and/or fraud. In my opinion, this company uses an Anaheim, CA mailing address to hide correspondence that would reveal the deception. However, I was able to uncover the scheme due to "junk mail" solicitations by credit firms that were sent to my home.

Once I discovered the improper use (October 2024), I filed complaints with the Pasadena Police Department, the FTC, and the State DOJ which are currently pending. However, today the police followed up and recommended that I take some immediate actions as they have observed attempts to secure a loan using my address. One of the actions recommended was to alert the Better Business Bureau which I am attempting to do now.

According, to the police rep this type of fraud has been increasing, in the city and state.
