I was scheduled to get electronic fingerprints as required by my licensing agency and the prints were unsatisfactory for evaluation. This took 5 hours round-trip to get these fingerprints taken. The only offer for resolution I was given was to reschedule the prints. I requested a refund instead and that was denied. The business wanted me to take another 5 hour round trip to just potentially have another bad set of fingerprints taken again. This is a scam and I would strongly advise others to find an alternate method of fingerprinting if driving this far for potentially bad prints.
