This apartment scams people by havingnthem pay for application fee for an apartment they state is one price, but after they charge the fee and you get denied, you find out it was for a different price. When you complain, the management just says theyndont know why the employee said a lower price but the higher price is correct and unfortunately we cant refund application fee. This means they do this to many people , state one price, then after they collect application fee, they deny offering the lower price and say they cant help you.
