Reached out by text saying they were interested in hiring me, but I needed to download the Signal app. Did interview over IM in the Signal app, offered $45 an hour for a data entry job. Told me I got the job after just doing the interview over instant messaging. Said a check would be sent tomorrow to get materials needed to set up a home office.
