I live in a condo building with security to prevent door to door access. Someone let an IDT Energy employee in the building. He let me to assume he was from ComEd and showed me something on my bill I shouldn’t be paying. Unfortunately I gave him my phone and he must have changed my service without me knowing. There are numerous reviews on their website saying the same thing. I have contacted wand cancelled the service and confirmed with ComEc that they were still my provider I complained about the employee who came to my door and they opened a complaint on him too. These are faulty illegal practices similar to what telecom aggregators do
