Several people have received a very genuine looking letter stating that Reventics had a data breach, and that all our personal information was stolen: Name, phone number, address, social security number, birth date, medical ID number, insurance information, Doctor information, and so on. The letter continues to state that the person the letter is addressed to needs to contact IDX in order to sign up for identity theft protection. Phone number listed as 833-753-4765. When I called that number, they were asking me for that information to "look it up". Information was not given and when I asked them to use the information they had without me providing it, they suddenly had computer trouble and needed to call me back later. Reventics is a company that DID have a data breach, however IDX is trying to scam people by stealing their information.
