On September 03, 2024, I received a letter from Chage Healthcare or CHC telling me that my personal information may have been stolen without permission Investigators said. In this letter CHC said, " They Found Activity that May Suggest Personal Medical Data, Social Security Number, and other private information was Illegally taken from their computers." Before I enroll for the free credit monitoring and identity protection services, I want to know if this letter is the real deal or if is letter is fraud. Thank you for your considerations.
