They're selling facemasks for Covid19. Once they charge your debit/credit card they send a order confirmation number but never actually send out the product. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. I managed to get ahold of someone through instagram. I was told my order would be shipped in 24-48 hours and that I would recieve a tracking number. The time has passed and I still have not recieved any communication or tracking from the IEDM company.
