Paid them 18.95, got the receipt from my bank on Sep 23, 22. Still no tracking info from ifly and the customer service is a black hole. I also left a 1 star review on their website, only to find the review section is a scam also. My reviews get deleted leaving them w a perfect 5 star review. Also, the adress from the bill in the screenshot is for apartments

I placed on order on ifly.co on 11.20.21. My credit card was charged $19.75. I received an email confirming the amount paid, but no estimated shipping date or tracking number, or other contact info for them. I have sent about 8 emails asking them when the ifly spinner would arrive as I hadn't received it. They did not reply to my emails.
