I ordered a gift that was not shipped or delivered in a reasonable time frame (it was shipped weeks after purchase, although I paid for 5-8 day shipping - ordered April 17 and shipped May 21). The item was received with both missing pieces and not the item purchased. I was in touch with the retailer and they consistently asked for patience and only offered a refund if I paid to ship my product back to China.
