I bought a kitten from a breeder and this person was supposed to deliver my kitten! They came up with this fee the day they were supposed to deliver the kitten and were actually at the place where I would meet them! They came up with $1000 AKC insurance fee and will not deliver my kitten to me with me paying this fee! This fee is bogus and AKC doesn't charge this fee!
