This account messaged me on Instagram and said I had to follow a link to fill out an appeal form because I supposedly violated some copyright. Against my better judgement I clicked on the link and it took me to a fake Instagram log in page (in French). After putting in the log in info it sent me to a page in Arabic and I stopped. I messaged back to the person what happened and they just kept saying they can’t help me if I don’t fill out the form with the correct log in info. Apparently I used the wrong password when I followed the link. I asked them to screen shot me the form and I’d fill it out that way…they replied with another link. I screen shot and sent them the article about this being a scam and they replied again saying I had to fill out the form or my account would be deleted in 48 hours. I reported them to Instagram for fraud and bullying. I’m now reporting them to you.
