I bought two pair of shoes and the sent me same super low quality shoes that I didn't order. I've been trying to get a return label with no success. Instagram is so bogus for letting igalaxymall advertise on the platform. I ordered a pair of sneakers for around $70 n after a while it arrived however, I discovered it was of very low quality and have since requested unsuccessfully an address to send it back or in the alternative refund $30 to me. You have refused to do either. I can’t wear that item and each time I look at it I see it as one of my unfortunate mistakes of the year. I don’t want it n will never wear it. I did rather throw it in the garbage bin than to wear it . This is total scam and I need my money back.

Igalaxymall advertises on Instagram. I bought 5 pairs of high-waisted lace underwear that looked beautiful online. However, when it arrived one month later, the underwear looked like cheap, scratchy garbage. Even worse, I was sent size XL when I ordered M. The company pushed back and told me to try wearing them anyway. I insisted on returning them and the response I received was “these are not ours. You need to return them to China. It will cost you $30-40.”
