Job offer no interview

I had put in so many resumes and allowed them to text. So getting a text to do an interview was not weird, but after 24 hrs from when I took and assessment they gave me an offer letter, never speaking to me. The letter was all good until they mentioned me having to use my own wallet for a program and the company would send me a check. I don't thinks so. I have sent 2 emails asking questions and 2 texts with concerns. I have not received any response at this point.
