The first thing; the Scammer promises the world based on years of experience and claims to be licensed by the city, however, when it comes to a contract, he fabricated believable excuses and ultimately doesn't provide one. He then asks for money for needed materials. He brings a fraction of materials to start work then asked for more money to pay young hard-working family members for hard labor. Then his attendance slows down and drops. He always answers calls and agrees to come to continue, but, never shows up. He then threatens to take YOU to court.
