A-1 Interlock began double billing my account about five months ago. I recently discovered this while addressing the recent withdrawals this month and last, which have exceeded the normal payment reach time. They have also charged me 3 times in one day. The phone number given is never answered. I could only contact them via text. Their website does not allow any attempts to contact them, instead offering the number only used to set up appointments. My sons’ car was installed with a device based upon his choosing and my recommendation. I have paid for this service. I’m uncertain at this time the extract amount taken in excess of the agreed upon monthly fee. I have been trying to resolve this to no avail. Although they have text me back, and although my son has contacted them authorizing my access to his account, they have not helped in any way. They know they have been overcharging because I text the details to them, and yet they continue to take money out of my account. They took out two more withdrawals today while I was having breakfast with my wife. It is apparent they will not stop. I’m going to report this to the proper authorities as well. Why this company is allowed to steal and remain in business is beyond me. I am hardly the only one complaining.
