The website is still up. on April 08/2021 I purchased a IHRtrade 4K 10-300X40mm super telephoto zoom monocular telescope × 1. after 3 weeks I contacted th company and got a response stateing the shipment is on the way. order # TW10777 a dn the tracking # SP6042248511837. It is now over a month and still no product or communication. Can you help me get my money back?
