IT tech supposedly from IK Tech Corp. called my cell phone and advised I had viruses on my computer that needed to be cleaned up. I gave him remote control of my hard drive. He wanted to charge my credit card $699 for a lifetime of such services, but we agreed to a shorter period for $199. I then called BBB to inquire about rating of such a business that appears to be located in Vista, CA. I was instructed to call my credit company asap to dispute any charges assessed by this company, which appears to be using fraudulent practices.
