To connect my electrical car, I went shopping for electrical cable AWG 8/3 ROMEX NMWG. The large depots were out of stock. Four online stores were offering it at a reasonable price, within $10 of the 'out of stock' depots. Unfortunately it seems that these stores are just scams, debiting your credit card but not answering any email, text or phone calls. These stores are: ikaad (San Francisco CA), fastenane (Carlsbad, CA), neemomart (Richmond, VA) and amazeo. Stay away from these stores !
