Website offers no phone number for their business, only an email for correspondence: [email protected] After you order and pay for the parts online, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions that a follow up email will be sent when the items ship. Your account is charged immediately for the items ordered. The email provides a link to cancel the order and a link to initiate returns. The cancel link has you input your email address, order # and order secret # . The website shows "Order Invalid Please ensure the e-mail and order number match your confirmation message." regardless of the data entered. The business does not send a follow up email for shipping information and does not ship any parts. The business does not respond to emails sent asking about your parts order. It appears that they offer products and accept payment but do not provide the goods that were purchased.
