My bank account was charged for services I never signed up for. I didn’t even know what the company does! It happened last month the first time and I had my bank dispute the charge and I got my money back but I had to cancel my debit card. Then again this month, they charged me again! My bank is also disputing the charge. I emailed the company after I found them on google and let them know I did not sign up for their services and would appreciate not being charged again. They responded with a form letter asking that I contact them with the email that is attached to the account. The email account I emailed them from is the ONLY email address I have or use AND I did not set up an account with them to enter any email. I received the same response email twice just with different customer service rep signature. I emailed them again, very frustrated, telling them this is a “them “ problem and to cancel any account with my name on it. They said that if someone else signed up for an account with them and my bank info was used for payment, it is a ME problem and not theirs. I fail to see how this is my issue when I did not sign up for their services. And of course they don’t care as long as someone is paying. I will probably have to CLOSE all my bank accounts and start over because THAT HAS to be the only way they are charging me, via my bank account number and routing number, which I DID NOT GIVE THEM. I would call and speak with someone but they are in France.
