I backed the iKuddle litter box in Kickstarter in good faith, in May 2019. The project was funded in August 2019, so my credit card was charged, per the Kickstarter terms and conditions and, in theory, final design and production began. Throughout 2019 and 2020 the company sent emails regarding design and product delays. In August of 2020, the company announced a significant design change that rendered the product useless to me. I had yet to receive the product, so I wrote to cancel my order and request a refund. The company responded to say they had submitted my refund request to the finance department. To date, I have sent numerous emails that have gone without response and have not yet received my refund. Many other customers have reported a similar experience.

I bought the IKuddle litter box on Kickstarter. The product was supposed to be delivered in Nov. 2019. It still has not been delivered. I reached out to the company, who said they would give me a refund. I never got a refund and have been waiting over a year. I continuously tried to contact them and they stopped responding. I never received a refund or a product, so I essentially got scammed.

I backed this company on Kickstarter in August of 2019. I have ever received my promised product, which cost over $300.00 The company is completely nonresponsive, which is evident by the comments on their social media pages. This is a total fraud. I have tried emailing, direct messaging, and posting comments asking for updates or a refund to no avail. They are now charging nearly $500 for the litter box with no order fulfillment in sight. This is completely fraudulent and totally reprehensible. The phone number provided obviously is not real, so I'm guessing the same is true for the address.

The scammer had set up a kickstarter and indiegogo advertising a automated kitty litter box. There were preorders available on the item. Many people who backed and pre-ordered were given backer numbers. Over the course of several years iKuddle has updated on production and delays. They said they shipped out units, but many of the early backers and others who preorderes the item never received it. Other who have asked for refunds have been made false promises, or are met with silence from the iKuddle team. Many people either wish to actually get the item or a refund, but the company refuses to do either. A total scam and I hope others don't fall for it.

I ordered and paid $300 for an automatic litter box 2 years ago. I still haven't received it so I requested a refund and it's been radio silence. I'd like my money back ASAP.
